[1] Operating and maintenance expenses include costs allocated to the Tyler Predecessor for operating support provided to the Tyler Predecessor by Delek Refining, including certain labor related costs, property and liability insurance costs and certain other operating expenses. The costs that were allocated to us were $1.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2013, and $2.7 million, for each of the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011.
[2] General and administrative expenses include costs allocated to the Tyler Predecessor for general and administrative support provided to the Tyler Predecessor by Delek Refining, including services such as corporate management, risk management, accounting and human resources. The costs that were allocated to us were $0.5 million, $0.8 million and $0.7 million for the years ended December 31, 2013, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
[3] The quarterly cash distribution for the three months ended December 31, 2012 was calculated as the minimum quarterly cash distribution of $0.375 per unit per quarter, or $1.50 per unit on an annualized basis, prorated for the period beginning November 7, 2012, the date the Partnership commenced operations.
