Amortization of intangible assets was $1.1 million during each of the years ended December 31, 2016, 2015 and 2014, and is included in depreciation and amortization on the accompanying consolidated statements of income and comprehensive income. Amortization expense is estimated to be $1.1 million for the year ended December 31, 2017. We expect to incur $0.1 million of amortization expense in 2018, at which point our supply contract will be fully amortized.
