Subsequent Events	R. Subsequent Events As disclosed in Note K, subsequent to June 27, 2020, the Company entered into contracts for machinery and equipment to increase capacity in Company-owned breweries. The Company evaluated subsequent events occurring after the balance sheet date, June 27, 2020, and concluded that there were no other events of which management was aware that occurred after the balance sheet date that would require any adjustment to or disclosure in the accompanying consolidated financial statements.
