Subsequent Events	R. Subsequent Events As disclosed in Note K, subsequent to September 26, 2020, the Company entered into a production agreement with a third-party brewing company. The Company evaluated subsequent events occurring after the balance sheet date, September 26, 2020, and concluded that there were no other events of which management was aware that occurred after the balance sheet date that would require any adjustment to or disclosure in the accompanying consolidated financial statements.
