The initial purchase price allocations for the Company's acquisitions are preliminary and subject to changes in fair value of working capital and valuation of the assets acquired and the liabilities assumed. The Acro Pharmaceuticals acquisition adjustments were related to working capital adjustments subsequent to the acquisition date which were recorded in the Supply Chain Services segment. The Innovatix and Essensa acquisition adjustments were related to working capital and intangible asset adjustments subsequent to the acquisition date which were recorded in the Supply Chain Services segment.
