4 May 2026: Reference is made to the announcement made by International Seaways, Inc. (NYSE: INSW) (the "Company") on 9 September 2026 regarding the successful placement of senior unsecured bonds with an initial issue amount of USD 250 million and ISIN NO0013660365 (the "Bonds").
On 29 April 2026, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved a listing prospectus prepared by the Company in connection with the application for admission to trading and listing of the Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs.
The first day of trading of the Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs is expected to be on or about 4 May 2026, under the ticker code INSW01.
