Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On September 19, 2018, we acquired Orangebox Group Limited ("Orangebox"), a U.K.-based manufacturer of task seating, privacy solutions and collaborative furniture. The transaction included the purchase of all of the outstanding capital stock of Orangebox for $78.9 (or £60.0) less an adjustment for working capital of $0.1 in an all-cash transaction. An additional $3.9 (or £3.0) is payable to one of the sellers over three years, contingent upon the achievement of certain business performance obligations. The acquisition was funded by borrowings under our global committed bank facility. On September 19, 2018, we borrowed $79.0 under our global committed bank facility to fund the acquisition of Orangebox. The amount borrowed is subject to an initial rate of interest equal to 3.3% per annum.
