Item 8.01 Other Events.

On March 23, 2007, the Company purchased two adjacent facilities which were being leased from the seller. The purchase price was $450,000, payable $225,000 upon closing and $225,000 on January 1, 2008. The property was owned by an executive officer of a significant customer of the Company.

This space will continue to be used for office space and research and development activities.
