During the six months ended June 30, 2019, the Company closed a 168-bed residential treatment center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Company is currently evaluating options for the future use of this property. Additionally, the Company has recorded assets held for sale of $10.9 million and $17.0 million within other assets on the condensed consolidated balance sheets at June 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018, respectively.
