SEVERANCE CHARGES	10. SEVERANCE CHARGES During 2009, the Company initiated workforce reductions and recorded pre-tax charges for the cost of severance and other employee-related costs involving cash payments during 2009 and 2010 based on each employee’s respective length of service. Total severance charges of $4,099,000 were recorded as “Severance charges” in the Consolidated Statement of Operations. There was no remaining liability under this program as of December 31, 2010.

10. SEVERANCE CHARGES
