Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In preparing its condensed consolidated financial statements, the Company has evaluated events and transactions occurring after March 31, 2018 through the date the financial statements were issued for recognition and disclosure purposes. Subsequent to March 31, 2018, the Company disposed of one retail property, Market at Morse/Hamilton, located in Columbus, Ohio, consisting of approximately 45,000 square feet for a gross disposition price of $10,000.
