according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on ORBIS AG, Saarbrücken, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005228779, WKN:
522877, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on December 04,
2007 and now amount to 4.93% (this corresponds to 450906 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.21% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 19111 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Kieren from Semacon Unternehmensberatung GmbH.
