Subsequent Events As noted in footnote 2, on July 1, 2021, the Company completed a follow-on offering whereby it sold 2,250,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $25.00 per share. On July 19, 2021, the Company signed an amendment to exercise the option to extend the lease for a period of one year. The commencement of the extended period is May 1, 2022 and will terminate on April 30, 2023.
