Note 11. Leases

Certain bank premises are leased under operating lease agreements. Generally, operating leases contain renewal options on substantially the same basis as current rental terms. Rent expense charged to operations under all operating lease agreements was $1.2 million in 2014, $1.1 million in 2013, and $1.3 million in 2012.

Future obligations for minimum rentals under noncancelable operating leases at December 31, 2014 are as follows:
