Note 11. Leases

Certain bank premises are leased under operating lease agreements. Generally, operating leases contain renewal options on substantially the same basis as current rental terms. Rent expense charged to operations under all operating lease agreements was $1.2 million in 2015, $1.2 million in 2014, and $1.1 million in 2013.
