Subsequent Events	10. Subsequent Events In July 2024, pursuant to the terms of the Collaboration Agreement, the Company made a $60.0 million payment to BiBo to initiate the project. Refer to Note 5—Commitments and Contingencies above for additional details. On July 1, 2024, outstanding warrants to purchase 987,500 shares of common stock as of June 30, 2024 were exercised by the warrant holders, resulting in additional cash proceeds of $5.3 million.
