Subsequent Events	Note 19 – Subsequent Events On November 30, 2021, we completed the acquisition of certain assets of Precision Computer Works, Inc. (PCW) for approximately $15.0 million, and another smaller acquisition for approximately $8.0 million. PCW is a technology platform company with an established journal submission and peer review management system. The results for both acquisitions will be included in our Research Publishing & Platforms segment.
