Subsequent Events	NOTE 13. Subsequent Events On October 3, 2011, we purchased certain assets of Challenge Transport, Inc. ("Challenge Transport"). Challenge Transport is a 41 driver operation founded in 1995 and is located in Newark, New Jersey. The total purchase price was $2.5 million, payable in installments of $2.0 million at closing and four equal installments of $0.125 million paid quarterly over the next four quarters. Due to the short time since the acquisition date, the initial accounting for the business combination is incomplete at this time. As a result, we are unable to provide the allocation of the purchase price.
