Commitments And Contingencies	NOTE 9. Commitments and Contingencies On March 7, 2012, we entered into equipment purchase contracts, for the acquisition of 1,000 53' containers. We expect the total cost of purchasing the containers to be approximately $11.0 million. We expect to take delivery of the equipment between June and October 2012.
