Subsequent Event	NOTE 12. Subsequent Event On April 20, 2012, we entered into an equipment purchase contract for the acquisition of 1,000 53' containers. We expect the cost of purchasing the containers to be approximately $12.0 million. We expect to take delivery of the equipment between July and September 2012.
