Commitments and Contingencies	NOTE 9. Commitments and Contingencies We have entered into equipment purchase contracts for the acquisition of 2,100 53’ containers. We expect the total cost of purchasing the containers to be approximately $24.1 million. We expect to take delivery of the equipment between July and October 2012.
