Subsequent Events	NOTE 18. Subsequent Events In October 2013, we entered into an equipment purchase contract for the acquisition of 200 Freightliner tractors. The total purchase price of these tractors is approximately $25.4 million. In January 2014 we entered into an agreement to finance the full purchase price of the tractors using secured debt with a five year term at an interest ranging from 1.87% to 1.93%.
