Impairment of Software	NOTE 4. Impairment of Software In the third quarter of 2014, the Hub segment recorded a full write-off of $11.9 million related to software development costs as a result of our decision to terminate a long-term technology project. Upon deployment in the third quarter of 2014, it was discovered that the software did not properly integrate with our current systems or meet the criteria for which it was designed. We do not believe the software can be cost effectively salvaged and it has no value on the open market. This charge is included in Impairment of software in the Consolidated Statements of Income and Comprehensive Income.
