Subsequent Events	NOTE 11.Subsequent Events In October 2017, we entered into various agreements to purchase 38 tractors and 45 trailers for a purchase price of approximately $6 million.  The equipment is expected to be delivered by the end of 2017.  We will be financing the purchase of this equipment with secured fixed rate debt.
