Subsequent Event	NOTE 8. Subsequent Event On July 22, 2025, we entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Marten Transport, Ltd. Intermodal. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the third quarter. Under the agreement, we will acquire certain intermodal equipment and contracts for a total purchase price of $51.8 million in cash.
