COMMITMENTS	NOTE 21 - COMMITMENTS Non-cancellable lease commitments Non-cancellable lease commitments relating to the future aggregate minimum lease payments under non-cancellable leases not recognized as lease liabilities amounted to $12 million and $11 million at December 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively. Tangible and intangible asset commitments Contractual commitments for the acquisition of Property, Plant and Equipment amounted to $147 million and $168 million at December 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
