Receivables	Receivables The Company’s accounting policy and methodology used to estimate the allowance for doubtful accounts related to service revenues are discussed in the Company’s 2019 Annual Report on Form 10-K. Accounts Receivable As of June 30, 2020, accounts receivable was $14.3 million and there was no allowance for doubtful accounts. As of December 31, 2019, accounts receivable was $13.0 million and there was no allowance for doubtful accounts. Straight-Line Rent Receivable As of June 30, 2020, straight-line rent receivable was $227.2 million and there was a $5.7 million allowance for doubtful accounts. As of December 31, 2019, straight-line rent receivable was $195.3 million and there was no allowance for doubtful accounts.
