Accruals mainly represent not yet invoiced milestones for inventory such as batteries, cubes, and inverters. According to master supply agreements between the Company and suppliers of the inventory, vendor bills are issued according to contracted billing schedules with some milestones invoiced after delivery, upon full installation and commissioning of the equipment at substantial completion and final completion project stages.
