Discontinued Operations. During 2013, the Company sold in two separate transactions its Nurse Travel and Allied Healthcare divisions, both of which were previously included in the Company’s Healthcare segment. These divisions have been presented as discontinued operations in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations and Comprehensive Income for all periods presented. The following is a summary of the combined operating results of these two divisions (in thousands):
