Stock-based Compensation The Company issued 125,101 and 79,300 shares of common stock on March 31, 2015 and September 30, 2015, respectively, under its Employee Stock Purchase Plan, as amended ("ESPP"). Stock-based compensation expense, including the ESPP, was $6.1 million and $4.6 million for the three months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively, which was included in SG&A expense, except for $0.1 million in 2014 that was included in discontinued operations. Stock-based compensation expense was $15.2 million and $11.9 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively, which was included in SG&A expense, except for $0.4 million in 2014 that was included in discontinued operations
