Employee Benefits	13. Employee Benefits The Company maintains a 401(k) plan for all eligible employees. The Company’s operating results include expenses of approximately $7.2 million in 2014, $6.2 million in 2013 and $5.4 million in 2012 for the Company’s contributions to the plan.
