Employee Benefits	14. Employee Benefits The Company maintains a 401(k) plan for all eligible employees. The Company’s operating results include expenses of approximately $4.4 million in 2016, $7.1 million in 2015 and $7.2 million in 2014 for the Company’s contributions to the plan.
