Discontinued Operations	15.  Discontinued Operations The loss from discontinued operations of $1 million for the three months ended March 31, 2014 is related to ongoing costs for the 2010 Venezuela expropriation. The loss from discontinued operations of $10 million for the three months ended March 31, 2013 included $8 million of special termination benefits related to a previously disposed business and $2 million for ongoing costs related to the Venezuela expropriation.
