Discontinued Operations	20. Discontinued Operations         The loss from discontinued operations of $23 million for the year ended December 31, 2014 included a settlement of a dispute with a purchaser of a previously disposed business, as well as ongoing costs related to the Venezuela expropriation.         The loss from discontinued operations of $18 million for the year ended December 31, 2013 included special termination benefits related to a previously disposed business, as well as ongoing costs related to the Venezuelan expropriation.         The loss from discontinued operations of $2 million for the year ended December 31, 2012 included ongoing costs related to the Venezuelan expropriation.
