Basic and diluted earnings (loss) per share for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017 is calculated using the weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the period. Basic and diluted earnings (loss) per share for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016 is calculated using the weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the period beginning after the Distribution Date.
