Public Offerings	9. Public Offerings In February 2012, the Company completed a public offering of its common stock at $5.61 per share. The Company sold 1,000,000 shares and certain of our stockholders sold 15,516,587 shares. Proceeds to the Company, less commissions and other direct selling expenses were approximately $4,329 and were used for working capital and other general corporate purposes. In November 2012, the Company completed a second public offering of its common stock where certain of our existing stockholders sold 27,795,630 shares at $6.10 per share. The Company did not sell any stock in the second offering and did not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares of its common stock by the selling stockholders. The Company incurred $353 in expenses in the fourth quarter of 2012 related to the second offering.
