Employee Benefit Plans	7. Employee Benefit Plans The Company has a 401(k) savings plan covering all eligible employees in which the Company can make discretionary contributions from its profits. In 2013 the Company made discretionary contributions in the amount of $491. The Company did not make any discretionary contributions for the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011.
