Employee Benefit Plans	7. Employee Benefit Plans The Company has a 401(k) savings plan covering all eligible employees in which the Company can make discretionary contributions from its profits. In 2014 and 2013 the Company made discretionary contributions in the amount of $588 and $491 respectively. The Company did not make any discretionary contributions for the year ended December 31, 2012.
