The Company maintains consignment inventory of its On-X heart valves at domestic and international hospital locations to facilitate usage. The Company retains title to this consignment inventory until the valve is implanted, at which time the Company invoices the hospital. As of March 31, 2017 the Company had $5.1 million in consignment inventory, with approximately 80% in domestic locations and 20% in foreign locations. As of December 31, 2016 the Company had $4.9 million in consignment inventory, with approximately 80% in domestic locations and 20% in foreign locations.
