Subsequent Events	18. Subsequent EventsOn January 6, 2021 we entered into an agreement to extend the lease of our headquarters facility located in Kennesaw, Georgia. We are in the process of evaluating the impact of this transaction, but we believe that it will result in the recording of a material right-of-use asset and lease liability on the Consolidated Balance Sheets.
