To facilitate product usage, we maintain consignment inventory On-X heart valves at domestic hospital locations and On-X heart valves, aortic stent grafts, and AMDS products at international hospital locations. We retain title and control over this consignment inventory until we receive a notification of implantation, at which time we invoice the hospital and recognize revenue. As of September 30, 2025 we had $13.8 million in consignment inventory, with approximately 33% in domestic locations and 67% in international locations. As of December 31, 2024 we had $12.2 million in consignment inventory, with approximately 39% in domestic locations and 61% in foreign locations.
Total deferred preservation costs were $53.7 million and $51.7 million as of September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, respectively.
