Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In November 2021, we acquired all of the outstanding equity interests in Earth Class Mail, Inc., a company that provides virtual mailbox solutions for small businesses. The total purchase price was $63 million, subject to customary adjustments, which was paid at closing and funded by our available cash on hand. We are currently evaluating the purchase price allocation for this transaction.
