Assets Held for Sale

In September 2022, following an evaluation of our office space and business requirements, we commenced a plan to sell our operational headquarters in Austin, Texas, consisting of land, a building and building improvements, and determined that these assets met the held for sale criteria. We ceased recording depreciation on these assets upon meeting the held for sale criteria. At December 31, 2023, the total carrying value of the assets held for sale remains at $22.7 million as follows:

The estimated fair value less costs to sell the assets held for sale exceed their carrying values and hence no impairment was necessary as of December 31, 2023.
