Subsequent Event	16.  Subsequent Event On January 13, 2016, the Company acquired all of the outstanding shares of the New York Code and Design Academy, a provider of non-degree web and mobile app development courses. NYCDA will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and will maintain its current headquarters and management team based in New York City. The purchase price includes $7.0 million paid up front in cash, plus an additional contingent cash payment of up to $18.0 million based on the achievement of certain performance objectives including NYCDA’s future revenue and results of operations for the five-year period ending December 31, 2020. NYCDA’s operating results will be included in the Company’s consolidated financial statements from the date of the acquisition.
