Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On May 5, 2016, the Company announced that Michael F. Koehler stepped down as Teradata’s President and Chief Executive Officer and is no longer a director of the Company as of that date. The Company also announced that Victor L. Lund, a current member of the Board of Directors, had been elected the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective May 5, 2016. In connection with the departure of Mr. Koehler, the Company expects to recognize a one-time pre-tax charge of approximately $3 million in the second quarter of 2016.
