Accounting Standards Update and Change in Accounting Principle [Abstract]
New Accounting Pronouncements New Accounting PronouncementsReference Rate Reform. In March 2020, the Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB") issued new guidance to provide relief to companies that will be impacted by the expected change in benchmark interest rates, as participating banks will no longer be required to submit London Interbank Offered Rate ("LIBOR") quotes by the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority. The new guidance allows companies to, provided the only change to existing contracts are a change to an approved benchmark interest rate, account for modifications as a continuance of the existing contract without additional analysis. For new and existing contracts, companies may elect to apply the amendments as of March 12, 2020 through December 31, 2022. The Company has evaluated this new guidance and concluded it will not have a material impact on our consolidated financial statements or related disclosures.
