RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 15 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Mr. Robert I. Paller has been a non-executive director of the Company since November 1, 2009. The Company has retained and continues to retain Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (“SGR”), a law firm with which Mr. Paller is Of Counsel. In the first nine months of 2012 the Company incurred fees payable to SGR of $0.4 million (2011 full year – $6.5 million). As at September 30, 2012, the amount due to SGR from the Company was $0.1 million.
