Related Party Transactions	Note 20. Related Party Transactions Mr. Robert I. Paller has been a non-executive director of the Company since November 1, 2009. The Company has retained and continues to retain Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (“SGR”), a law firm with which Mr. Paller holds a position. In 2014, 2013 and 2012 the Company incurred fees payable to SGR of $1.1 million, $1.0 million and $0.8 million, respectively. As at December 31, 2014, the amount due to SGR from the Company was $0.1 million (December 31, 2013 – $0.2 million).
