Related Party Transactions	Note 20.    Related Party Transactions Mr. Robert I. Paller has been a non-executive director of the Company since November 1, 2009. The Company has retained and continues to retain Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (“SGR”), a law firm with which Mr. Paller holds a position. In 2017, 2016 and 2015 the Company incurred fees payable to SGR of $0.4 million, $0.5 million and $0.3 million, respectively. As at December 31, 2017 and at December 31, 2016, the Company did not have any amounts outstanding due to SGR.
