Transactions with Related Parties	Transactions with Related Parties During fiscal 2024, 2023 and 2022, Tech Pac, a subsidiary of the Company, made purchases from Contract Packaging, Inc, (“CPI”), Tech Pac’s principal supplier and a minority 20% shareholder in Tech Pac. Tech Pac’s total purchases from CPI were approximately $37.0 million, $31.0 million and $41.0 million for fiscal years 2024, 2023 and 2022, respectively. Amounts due to CPI as of September 28, 2024 and September 30, 2023 were $1.4 million and $1.6 million, respectively.
